ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man and woman are facing charges, accused of stealing from a church in north St. Louis.
Jerome Eichelberger, 42, and Markisha Payne, 33, are charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree property damage and possession of burglary tools.
