Developers are hoping to bring a roughly 180-unit apartment complex to Brentwood’s Manchester Corridor.
The complex, called 8300 Manchester LLC, is backed by developer Halo Real Estate Ventures. CEO Joel Oliver presented his development plan at the Brentwood Board of Aldermen meeting Tuesday night, during which a first reading was held for two measures pertaining to the project.
The two measures included Oliver’s redevelopment plan covering five properties on the south side of Manchester Road near Hanley Road, as well as a purchasing agreement.
