ST. LOUIS – Police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a Tuesday night on Interstate 170.
According to Dallas Thompson from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 11 p.m. on northbound I-170 north of I-70. A man was killed in the crash.
Details on the crash are unknown. An investigation is ongoing, MSHP said.
