A 30-year-old St. Louis man died Tuesday night after he was struck by three vehicles on Interstate 170 in St. Louis County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the incident occurred at 11:17 p.m. Sept. 15 on northbound Interstate 170 north of Interstate 70.
According to the patrol, a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer, an unknown black sedan, and a 2011 Toyota Avalon were traveling northbound on Interstate 170. The St. Louis man was walking southbound in the third northbound lane. The patrol reported the front of the Chevrolet Blazer struck the pedestrian. The unknown black sedan and Toyota Avalon then struck him.
