Three women have been charged after more than 20 neglected and dead pets were found in their Glen Carbon home.
Hannah Perry, 25, Donna Perry, 77, and Melani Norem, 31, all of the 200 block of Glen Carbon Road, are each charged with eight counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and eight counts of cruelty to animals.
