The Madison County Coroner’s Office has released the name of the man killed in a Sept. 24 crash on Interstate 270.
Andrew A. Parcels, 39, of Collinsville, was killed in the crash, according to a news release from the coroner’s office.
The crash occurred near mile marker 10 on westbound Interstate 270 in Glen Carbon at 4:54 a.m. Sept. 24. Parcels was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:52 a.m…
