ST. LOUIS – FOX 2 attended a normally private juvenile court hearing because the result may lead to the case heading to adult court.
It involved the March 31st shooting outside of a track meet at a High School in Ferguson. 20 schools were at this meet when there was a shooting in the parking lot. The accused shooter was 13 years old. Another young teen died and a third was injured in the shooting.
We sat in on arguments from the State, to prosecute the shooter as an adult for second degree murder, assault 1st, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon…
