Seven Madison County residents are among 11 people charged by federal prosecutors in connection with a vehicle theft conspiracy targeting a St. Louis warehouse.
An eighth Madison County resident was charged locally for his alleged involvement.
Federal prosecutors say the individuals charged made multiple trips between Dec. 29 and Jan 2 to steal vehicles and motorcycles from the warehouse.
