COOL VALLEY, Mo. – The City of Cool Valley has blocked access to one of the two driveways at North Hills Church of Christ, creating a dispute between church and city leaders over why the barrier was needed.
Last year, the city installed yellow poles blocking one of the church’s two entrances.
