Cahokia man gets 6 years in prison for machine gun possession

EDWARDSVILLE — A Cahokia man was sentenced to six years in prison for possession of a machine gun discovered during an investigation into a St. Clair County murder.

Harry D. Moore, 22, of Cahokia, pleaded guilty Sept. 15 to unlawful use of weapons — possession of a machine gun, a Class X felony. He was sentenced to six years in prison, with credit for time served.
