TOWN AND COUNTRY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Northbound Interstate 270 is closed after a crash involving a concrete truck in St. Louis County.
The crash occurred around 11:30 a.m. just south of the Interstate 64 interchange, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation.
