ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A decision has been made on whether or not to charge a St. Louis City Alderwoman after she was seen on video appearing to threaten a colleague.
In mid-September, First Alert 4 learned that St. Louis police were reviewing a video circulating online that appeared to show North City Alderwoman Sharon Tyus criticizing Alderman Rasheen Aldridge during a meeting at Homer G. Phillips Senior Facility.
