ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) — A former gas station lot on Morgan Ford Road is being developed into four new homes planned as affordable housing in Tower Grove South. Two of the homes now have framing, just months after the lot sat empty.

Sean Spencer, Executive Director of Tower Grove Community Development Corporation, the organization behind the project, said the work has moved quickly.
“It’s an amazing progress in such a short period of time,” Spencer said.
Spencer said next steps include finishing the framing on the remaining two homes, installing roofs, then moving to interior work…
