ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Property managers at apartments along North Broadway in north St. Louis City say the units are not safe to live in, citing electrical issues, no running water and mold.
“Electrical issues, no running water, open electrical lines, massive mold,” said Brian Klarich, owner of A+B Acquisitions.
