A CHILLING 911 call reveals the tense moment a Missouri fire chief reported his fiancee dead – years before another woman’s body was found inside his home.
Two women have died under mysterious circumstances inside the St. Louis area residences of fire captain Robert Daus, but no charges have been filed.
On January 13, the body of Sarah Sweeney, 39, was found inside Daus’s home in Westwood, a suburb of St. Louis, and her death was classified as sudden.
Sweeney was a local doctor who had recently opened her own practice and was dating Daus.
She suffered from a “life-threatening condition,” according to her lawyer, but her autopsy results are still pending and the investigation is ongoing, CBS affiliate KMOV reported.
