BRENTWOOD, Mo. (First Alert 4) – More than 100 puppies are being given a second chance after being surrendered by commercial breeders in Missouri. The dogs were rescued from multiple commercial breeders, mostly in the southern area of the state. Animal Protective Association of Brentwood has 23 puppies at their shelter, which will be up for adoption soon.
