ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A car with two children inside was stolen Saturday in Jennings. Both children have been located, police said. St. Louis County police said at 3:30 p.m., they responded to the 7100 block of Idlewild in Jennings for a report of a car stolen with a 7-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl inside.
