Established in 1916, Failoni’s Restaurant and Bar is still going strong in St. Louis, Missouri

This family operated restaurant has a long history. In fact, the building was acquired in 1916 from the Lemp brewery which goes way back. The buyers were Alessandro Failoni and his wife, Rose. It’s located at 6715 Manchester Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri and the family tradition continues.

This restaurant and bar is over a century old which means it has decades and decades of history, personal stories, and memorable experiences. It also must mean the food and ambiance is good too.

This place was a riot and the perfect spot to get just about anything that sounds appealing in a laid back atmosphere. The vibe is super chill, and the restaurant is over 100 years old! We enjoyed the pasta very much and our server was great. (Yelp reviewer.)

Off the menu, appetizers include the Failoni Platter consisting of Italian salami, Provolone cheese & Italian olive salad. Specialties include Chicken Parmesan. Specialty sandwiches include Meatball Sub or Italian Sub. There’s also a variety of salads, pasta, and brick oven pizza.
