Motions in Janae Edmondson lawsuit today

ST. LOUIS – A court hearing is set for Wednesday in St. Louis in the lawsuit by Jane Edmondson against the city of St. Louis and others.

When a car hit Janae downtown in February of last year, she lost both of her legs. The civil lawsuit claims the city failed to maintain a safe intersection. A hearing on motions in the case is set for today. The trial is scheduled for March 11.

She’s also suing Daniel Riley, the driver charged with causing the chain-reaction crash that led to her injuries. He’s charged with assault. His trial is scheduled for March 4.
