ST. LOUIS — Crime scene tape is up in the 3800 block of Iowa. Police say that a man is suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The US Marshals and the St. Louis Medical Examiner are on the scene. The SWAT Team appears to also be involved in this incident. It is still not clear what led to the large number of police on the scene.
