Washington Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church is pleased to announce Rev. Donnie Robinson, Sr. as its new pastor, becoming the 10th in the church’s 121-year history. Born on December 28, 1960, to the late Rell and Ora Lee Robinson in Macon, Miss., the pastor’s family relocated to East St. Louis. He accepted Jesus Christ and was baptized in 1974, under the Pastorate of Rev. Garfield Hubbard, Sr., at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in East St. Louis.
