According to the owner of the business, the apple-butter ribs and garlic-loaded salami are favorites at this barbecue venue.
It’s interesting that before opening Adam’s Smokehouse, the owners worked at Pappy’s Smokehouse for a while, another popular spot. Established in 2013 by co-owners Mike Ireland and Frank Vinciguerra, Adam’s is a small venue that’s family-owned and operated.
Adam’s is located in Clifton Heights not far from The Hill. It even sold out on opening day. The co-owner of Pappy’s Smokehouse, Mike Emerson, is also Ireland’s father-in-law.

The smoked salami
You can see the black paper and you know other spices are included in the 70% pork and 30% beef mix. Do you ever taste the garlic? It’s been reported that Adam’s smokes their garlic and blends it into the meats. Sounds great.
