A Fenton woman is facing felony drug charges in Franklin County in connection with an incident last year. Stephenie Spear, 27, was charged Thursday, Feb. 8, with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. Spear was stopped April 26, 2023, by the Missouri State Highway Patrol after she pulled off of eastbound Highway 100 into a gas station in the Gray Summit area in a Toyota Scion with no front license plate, then left the gas station headed westbound, according to court documents.
