OWASSO, OKLA. (KTUL) – An Owasso man who was reported missing by his family in February was seen in Chesterfield Missouri the day before he was reported missing. Owasso Police say Sean Marcum’s family reported him missing on Feb. 4, after he was last seen leaving his job in Collinsville on Jan. 31.
