ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) — The Salvation Army is bringing new tools to the table to provide addiction treatment and recovery support across the St. Louis region. A new mobile unit was unveiled Wednesday that will be like a hospital on wheels. It has necessities to help people with substance use disorder to reduce barriers for people wanting help.
