ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A 15-year-old girl is being charged as an adult in the robbery and shooting death of a man that started on a MetroLink train in 2023. Chelsea Wiley, 15, is being charged as an adult with first-degree robbery and second-degree felony murder, both class A felonies. These charges come in relation to the robbery and shooting death of Jaylin Johnson on July 7, 2023.
