CLAYTON, Mo. — A man is accused of breaking into several St. Louis area restaurants in December 2023. Joshua Simmons-Pollard, 25, of St. Louis faces several charges associated with burglary. He is being held on a $30,000 cash-only bond.
Court documents state that police believe Simmons-Pollard was involved in a series of burglaries that occurred in early December 2023. They occurred at The Post Sports Bar, Frankie G’s, The Sports Pub on Telegraph Road, Tap Haus, Bar Roma, and several other locations. The burglaries resulted in the theft of cash, a safe, a register, and jewelry.

The incidents involved breaking windows to gain entry and were recorded on surveillance videos showing two individuals. Detectives say that they linked the defendant to the crimes by tracking his cell phone in the vicinity of the burglarized locations on the relevant dates.
A search warrant executed on the defendant’s residences on December 15, 2023, uncovered jewelry stolen in one of the burglaries, further implicating him in the crimes.
