EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – A fatal shooting occurred at a McDonald’s on State Street near 25th at around 7 p.m. Wednesday in East St. Louis. Two people were shot during the incident. They were taken to the hospital, where one of the victims succumbed to their injuries.
