ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man was charged with murder Friday, more than a year after police said he shot and killed a man while driving on the McKinley Bridge. Brandon Allen, 34, was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action in connection with the March 4, 2023, shooting death of Douglas Sanders.
