EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (First Alert 4) – A Metro East postal worker admitted to stealing from a USPS collection box in 2023. Phillip E. Tucker, 37, of Madison, Illinois, pleaded guilty to one count of theft of mail by a postal employee. A conviction of theft of mail by a postal employee can result in a sentence of up to five years in prison.
