ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The American Red Cross of Missouri and Arkansas is in urgent need of disaster shelter volunteers. The volunteers will need to travel to support emergency shelters for major national disaster relief efforts. All candidates must complete the necessary training and be able to commit to a two-week deployment.
