ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A woman pleaded guilty on Monday to fatally stabbing her ex-boyfriend. Carla Welch, 35, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the stabbing death of Charles M. Johnson II. Johnson, 35, was stabbed multiple times in the 5200 block of Emerson Avenue on Sept. 22, 2022.
