ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A former St. Louis alderman is facing new federal charges Thursday in a case in which he is accused of trying to defraud an insurance company. The new counts issued against Brandon Bosley on Thursday include a fourth count of wire fraud and one count of making false statements to the FBI during their investigation.
