Sheriff’s Office closes Hwy. 30 in House Springs, Cedar Hill area during arrest

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has reported that it has reopened Hwy. 30 after arresting a man for an alleged felony. The highway was closed in both directions this morning, Oct. 25, in the House Springs and Cedar Hill areas while deputies, SWAT members and Crisis Intervention Unit members tried to arrest the man, who had stopped his vehicle on the highway near Executive Parkway, according to the report.
