ARNOLD, Mo. (WKRC) – A Missouri man’s forgotten lunch led to an unexpected windfall when he won a $3 million top prize on a “Millionaire Bucks” Scratchers game. The man, who chose to remain anonymous, received a call from his wife reminding him of the lunch he left behind. Instead of returning home, he stopped at a grocery store in Arnold to find something to eat.
