HILLSBORO, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man has been criminally charged with the murder of his son on Christmas Eve in Jefferson County, Missouri. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release prosecutors have charged 61-year-old Harold E. Luster, of High Ridge, with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of his son, Kevin M. Ward, 26, of St. Louis.
