ST. LOUIS – Police are looking for a teen fugitive who escaped officers Sunday morning in the Forest Park area. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said Jaden Arce, 17, escaped the custody of St. Louis County Deputy Juvenile Officers at around 11 a.m. near Kingshighway and Parkview Place.
