Armed robber poses as good Samaritan, demands keys after helping free car from snow

ST. LOUIS – What seemed like random act of kindness from a stranger took a dark turn Sunday in St. Louis’ Central West End. According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, a 40-year-old man’s car got struck in the snow while he was trying to enter the parking garage at Parc Frontenac apartments at 40 Kingshighway Blvd. That’s when an unknown male in an SUV helped him free his car.
