ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) — Two men were indicted by a grand jury for the November shooting death of teenager Colin Brown on I-55.
Garrett Jordan and Donovan Baucom were charged in December with first-degree murder, three counts of armed criminal action, one count of assault, and one count of unlawful use of a weapon. Jordan was also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
