ST. LOUIS – St. Louis City is conducting a trash blitz this weekend as residents are fed up with overflowing dumpsters due to a winter storm at the beginning of the month.
FOX 2 drove throughout south St. Louis Friday and noticed dozens of dumpsters still filled to the brim with trash. City leaders say the ice makes it difficult for trash trucks to get through.
