CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — In an exchange of messages, a Missouri man, under the impression he was communicating with a 13-year-old girl, solicited an undercover police officer for sex, suggested a location where they would meet for said contact, and then tried to run away from officers when he was arrested on Jan. 17, court records said.
