COLLINSVILLE, Ill. — The Major Case Squad of Great St. Louis has made several arrests in the case of a deadly Tuesday shooting.
Lt. Eric Owen from MCS announced Saturday that three suspects have been taken into custody over the death of Portia Rowland.
Lt. Owen said their identities are not being released at this time, since the case hasn’t been presented for formal charges yet…
