ST. LOUIS — A beloved sandwich shop in south St. Louis is closing its doors after nearly 50 years.
Mom’s Deli, located at 4412 Jamieson Ave., will serve its last customers on Sunday, Feb. 23, according to a sign posted on the shop’s front door. The closure comes after the business’ lease was not renewed.
