It’s shaping up to be another active week of weather across the Midwest as two snow systems are set to hit the mid-west starting Monday and running through Thursday morning.
One system is expected to hit the mid-west on Monday night while another is expected on Wednesday night with more significant system taking place on Wednesday.
Monday night
The first system is set to hit southern Illinois tonight with trace amounts of snowfall expected for the Ozark region with trace amounts of snow expected for the St. Louis area.
“Light snow is likely (60-90%) across parts of southeast Missouri and southwest Illinois tonight through Tuesday. Highest amounts may approach 2″ in parts of southeast Missouri,” the St. Louis NWS said . “Farther to the north, some light snow is possible, but accumulations (if any) should range from a dusting to less than 0.5 inches.”…
