Landscaper sues property manager for $170K+ on snow removal services

ST. LOUIS – A new lawsuit filed Tuesday shows O’Hara Outdoors claims that Pepper Pike Property Management owes them $171,929.65.

Invoices listed in the lawsuit claim the company has provided snow removal and landscaping for five of their properties around the area since October, including Forest View, Hathaway, Olive Pointe, Grants Trail, and Spanish Lake Town Homes.

This is the latest lawsuit in the area against Pepper Pike after FOX 2 reported last October that five other contractors had sued them, claiming a lack of payment for their work. Other complaints at the time came from other Pepper Pike properties, including Spanish Lake Town Homes …
