ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A Florissant man and an Overland man were both arrested after two different drug deals turned into armed robberies in St. Louis County on Feb. 7 and Feb. 12, court records show.
The Overland man, a 23-year-old named Gavin M. Ross, arranged for the victim to purchase marijuana at Ross’s home.
