ST. LOUIS — A man pulled out a gun and threatened a fellow panhandler after becoming angry over a preferred panhandling location in St. Louis’s Carondelet neighborhood on Saturday, according to police.
The accused, 62-year-old Dwayne Anthony Jackson, briefly argued with the victim over the desired location— near the Interstate 55 offramp at Virginia Avenue, a St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department investigator wrote.
“A witness observed the exchange,” police said. “The defendant is a convicted felon and precluded from possessing firearms.”…
