A man was discovered with multiple lacerations to his head in Kingsway West, following a distress call made to the police on Monday morning.
The incident took place, possibly, in the vicinity of the 5100 block of Palm Street, and the call was received shortly after 11:35 a.m., as reported by Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD).
