A 1-year-old puppy brutally shot with an arrow and a gun is out of the hospital, safely recovering at Stray Rescue in St. Louis.
A Good Samaritan saw him struggling in southeast Missouri and brought him into the city for care. Doctors named the brave survivor Lucky Charm.
