ST. LOUIS — The person being arrested by a police officer when both of them were struck by a car on Interstate 70 was a 15-year-old boy, St. Louis police said Thursday.
An update from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said they identified the suspect, but his identity would not be released because he is a juvenile. Police said he remains in the hospital in critical condition.
